Full Wedding, Milestone or Corporate Event Planning
Bird's Eye View Events provides planning from start to finish by identifying vendors to assist with decor set up, DJ, Photographers, Desserts, Caterers, Officiants, MUA, hairdressers, Etc.
Keeping in mind to plan a wedding is approximately 60 hours of phone, email and follow up time.

Decorating assistance is an additional cost for rental and obtaining materials.
Partial Wedding, Milestone or Corporate Event Planning
A Bird's Eye View Events can provide support with vendor selection, acting as a liaison between vendors and bride prior to wedding. Consulting with bride to plan wedding theme, identify decoration design and scheduling logistics, including Day of Coordination.

Day of Coordination for Weddings, Milestone or Corporate Events
Bird's Eye View Events provides Wedding Day of Coordination with prior day 2 hour rehearsal. Day of consists of 10 hours to be on site to ensure vendors arrive on time and set up adheres to Bride and Grooms wishes. On-site support for bride and groom.

*** Does not include assisting with decorations
*** Does not include break down or set up of venue, if required day of decision maker must sign itemized statement and pay additional cost by End of Night to Wedding Coordinator and Staff for additional services render to assist with venue clean up.
*** If additional staff is needed to assist with directing wedding party or guest an additional charge of $25.00 an hour will be added for staffing support on top of DOC fees.
